Habits are everything
We become what we repeat.
Each consistent act casts a vote for who we are.
And once we repeat an action enough times, it becomes automatic.
These automatic acts - which are most of what life is - are who we are.
Actions are who we are.
A bad habit is something that is long-term bad for you.
A good habit is something that is long-term good for you.
Easy choices, hard life. Hard choices, easy life.
Ask: how would I like my life to look in one year, five years?
What am I started to become addicted to?
What habit from a year ago, five years ago is paying off now?
Incremental gains compound to enormous long-term advantages.
Want to change?
Think deeply about a potential habit, consider it, then discard or commit to it.
